Go Yeong-eun "Goral; Go Yeongeun"

Go Yeongeun, also known as **Goral**, is a member of Daydream Inc. and a batchmate of Kim Soleum, Baek Saheon, and Jang Heoun. She was a member of R Squad until she was enlisted by Director Ho to join his secret project team.

History

Go Yeongeun was originally a medical student in Seoul before she changed majors; she says she never took the national exam. She previously lived in the countryside and became estranged from her parents after leaving for medical school, unable to keep in touch after fighting. Her wish was to gain the ability to receive news about the family she had lost contact with.

Synopsis

After making her wish through the Wish Ticket given to her by Kim Soleum, Go Yeongeun found herself in **Sekwang Special Metropolitan City** and realized she had never questioned why contact with her family had been cut off—because she was originally from Sekwang and had been in Seoul when the city was cut off from the rest of Korea by the Supernatural Disaster Management Bureau, causing her to forget most of her family. She is currently trapped in Sekwang but has gained the ability to hear rumors within the city through her wish.

Kim Soleum later realizes Go Yeongeun was specifically chosen by Director Ho because of her ties to Sekwang. Director Ho likely guessed what she would wish for and uses the fact that she is trapped in Sekwang to force Kim Soleum to enter the city to rescue her.
