Director Ho runs a secret project team within Daydream Inc., recruiting members such as **Eun Haje** (Falcon), **Jang Heowoon** (Bison), and **Go Yeongeun** (Goral) away from their squads.

He placed **Kim Soleum** under a contract; Kim Soleum was later freed from Director Ho's contract with the help of **Agent Choi**, whom Kim Soleum saved from Director Ho during the Dream Incubation Room incident.

He specifically chose Go Yeongeun for his project because of her ties to **Sekwang Special Metropolitan City**—likely anticipating her wish and using the fact that she becomes trapped in Sekwang to force Kim Soleum to enter the city to rescue her. Within Daydream Inc.'s leadership, Director Ho is largely opposed by Management Director **Cheong Dallae**.
